For more than 30 years, Régis Bouet, put his experiences, knowledge and resources to the service of professionals in the chocolate environment and he has brought his expertise to the IFCIC in our 1st Advanced Chocolate Training Course, where we will train the trainers and advanced chocolatiers, graduates of the IFCIC Introductory Chocolate Making Course. Participants expanded their techniques and skills in creating recipes, finessing cocoa, producing chocolates and liquor infused chocolates. We look forward to the 2nd cohort of advanced chocolatiers.
